Congratulations to Chatham Central School District!  District voters approved two propositions for their Capital Project; the first addresses infrastructure, ADA, energy and educational program needs. The second proposition is the replacement of aging athletic poles and lights.

Voters in Honeoye Falls-Lima CSD approved Phase 1 of their Master Plan.  This $32M project consists of significant additions and alterations throughout the District.  A turf field is anticipated for this summer.  SEI Design Group has been assisting the District with the planning and is excited to proceed to schematic design on the project.

SEI Design Group is delighted to be working with New Lebanon Central School District.  Our assignment involves completion of a Building Condition Survey and the preparation of a new comprehensive five-year Capital Facilities Plan to meet NYSED requirements.

SEI is pleased to welcome our newest client, Taconic Hills CSD. SEI will be assisting with the planning and design of an upcoming renovation project that includes infrastructure and security.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest client, Rochester City School District.  SEI is providing architectural/ engineering services for a renovation project at Virgil I. Grissom School No. 7.
