Design Feat – A Mothership Housing 12,000

Only Apple could think of this creative solution that is only four stories tall.  They are out of space to house staff currently located on their campus and many rental properties throughout Cupertino.  This new plan presented by Steve Jobs himself (watch the video) would solve the current dilemma of housing 12,000 employees in 1 building in Cupertino.

Frank Lloyd Wright in Legos?

lego-architecturePrairie Mod scooped some big news for fans of architecture and Legos.  The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in conjunction with Lego Architecture and Brickstructures announced a collaboration to produce construction sets for both the Guggenheim Museum and Falling Water.    Lego Architecture has additional sets including Empire State Building,  John Hancock Center, Sears Tower, and Seattle Space Needle.

Taconic Hills CSD Project Approved By Voters
